Andrew Newall
Managing Director
Andrew started his career in the hospitality industry, owning and operating a hotel and a leisure business. He set up Fit4less Tower Hill in the city of London in 2008 and sold the business in 2017. The club won health club of the year in 2012. After selling the business, Andrew decided to invest in the HMO sector and built up a substantial portfolio between 2015 and 2018. Andrew also manages the serviced apartment / corporate letting side of the business along with managing the day to day operations of Penn Property Ltd

Patrick Newall
Chairman
Archibald is a former RBS employee, having passed all his banking exams. Patrick worked for Maclay Murray & Spens LLP as a compliance officer for several years. He became a partner at Foster and Cranfield auctioneers where he auctioned life insurance policies and brokered the merge with Philips, the fine art auctioneers. Patrick was a director at Phillips where he was heavily involved with the sale to LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy) for $129m.
